About Yna

Yna is a Clinical Registered Nurse, weight loss specialist, and aesthetic service provider at Northwest Face & Body. She graduated from Northwestern University in the Philippines with her bachelor’s degree. After she graduated in 2019, she immediately moved to Seattle, where she began the long journey of transferring her credentials and bachelor’s degree to the United States. After two years of working as a CNA, her credentials transferred, and she passed the national exam to practice medicine in the U.S. Yna started working in Honululu at a COVID Triage clinic for a year before moving here to Seattle, where her family resides.  After the move, she began working as an on-call travel nurse at a rehabilitation center. After months of constant travel, Yna was ready for a change of scenery and a permanent position in a joyful environment.

She found NWF and began training under our lead provider’s mentorship, which included months of aesthetic service training. Now, she works in the post-operative clinic, giving patients the best care in their healing journey, and is one of our expert weight loss providers. Yna is passionate about her work and loves helping patients reach their goals. Her favorite aspect of her work is seeing the confidence and joy in her patients after their surgeries heal. Outside of work, Yna loves spending time with her family, singing, traveling, and painting.
